Believe it or not slowing down the speed makes it easier for me to handle that deep pressure. I think people need to move it up an inch or down an inch to really find their sweet spot. It becomes addicting though😹😹😹

A 1.93m tall, 113kg man lies on it every night!! I don't mean he just rests his feet or leans back. I mean, he puts it on the bed and lies on it between his shoulder blades and neck. AND, he falls asleep with it on it, lying on it most of the night. It has never jammed, short-circuited, or stopped working in 7 years! If that doesn't say a lot, I don't know what can. The other night, he told me the casing was finally too torn and he couldn't use it anymore. It still works perfectly but needs the casing for safety. I went to wellmedathletic.com and was thinking of ordering him another one and that I'd read the reviews to see if anyone else had used it for as long as we did. After reading all the reviews, this machine seems to be highly rated by many people!! I also saw others updating their reviews saying they contacted the company and told them they had the same problem as me, they just needed a cover. I read that this company would send a replacement cover!! FREE!! I thought, "No way." I emailed them and I received a response within 24 hours, they said they would gladly send me a FREE cover if I sent them a picture of our massager. I did and they said the new cover was on its way. It arrived a few days later and was very easy to install, now the massager is as good as new!!

My wife loves it and uses it the most; this is our second one, the same model. One issue is that the power cord frays after repeated use or has a faulty on/off connection. I wrapped the cord around the insulation with extra wire wrapping near the connection point, and it seems to work better. The warranty replacement process went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Aside from the power cord issue, it's a great product. The price is also very reasonable; although we've used and owned many more expensive massagers, my wife continues to use this one and requests the same brand and model, even though I've suggested buying her a more premium one. She says it's easier to use while lying on the sofa watching TV or working from home.
